Come practice with me in this beautiful farm setting. Uplifting and energising poses are practised between a meditation and a relaxing, guided savasana to leave you feeling healthy, happy and balanced. Expect a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Do I need a mat?

Blocks and mats are provided, but if you'd prefer to use your own, you are more then welcome to do so. Antibacterial wipes are used to clean down the equipment after each class. Due to the current climate, it is encouraged to use your own equipment. 

Where are the classes held?

On sunny days, we'll practice on the green outside the Tythe Barn which is on the left as your drive into the venue. If the weather is against us, we'll be in the Meadow Barn which is on the far side of the venue. During the colder months, we'll be in the cosier Millstream barn. Follow the signs that are placed around the venue.

How soon should I arrive before class?

Please arrive at 5-10 minutes before class so we can be ready to go at the allotted time.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?

The classes are open-level, which means there will be options to try more advanced variations of the pose, or to keep it simple. You are always advised to follow at your own pace and to take your time. Vinyasa flow classes might be tricky for complete beginners. There will be a new class starting on the 24th August 2020 designed for people starting out on their yoga journey.
