All you need is your device and a safe spot to breathe and move. Option to keep the camera on during the class to create a sense of community. I'll share the Spotify playlist in the group chat before class if you would like some music to flow along to. Book now to join, I look forward to practising with you!

Available to all levels, I'll offer options to spice it up or dial it down.

WEDNESDAY

8:00am-8:45am Energising 45min Flow 

More strengthening poses to create energy in the body.

  6pm-7pm Gentle Vinyasa Flow + Guided Relaxation

Gentle - Still a good work out but a more gentle, easy pace.

20minute guided relaxation at the end to release stress. 

 

SUNDAY,

  10:00am-10:45am Energising 45min Flow

Each class is £7 - no need to transfer directly anymore,

you can now pay directly through the booking page.

Message me if you would like a weekly pass for £15. This pass can be started at any point in the week.
